Accommodation
On the ground floor is a kitchen, utility room, open plan dining room and lounge. The first floor accommodation comprises three large bedrooms and a substantial family bathroom. The second floor holds a further two bedrooms, living area and three piece shower room.
To the side and rear of the cottage is off road parking for several vehicles. A five bar gate secures the rear courtyard from the gravel driveway, making it safe for smaller children and pets. There is a garage for secure storage of Cycles, sports equipment etc upon request.
The outbuilding was the original shellfish processing area and is now used for table tennis. There is a swing seat and decking area with a picnic table.
